GTech Bingo Anyone?

GTech recently purchased Fin Soft, Boss Media and St Minver so as to create this new unit and the rumours are that the integration has taken some time to bed down.  Hopefully under this new banner these separate comp can become one and start to pick up market share. All these companies were growing apace before the Gtech acquisition.

The concept is that by working with lotteries such as Veikkaus Oy, Camelot, New Zealand Lotteries, An Post National Lottery and Loterie Nationale in Luxembourg, GTech can take these established brands into new growth areas namely online bingo, lotteries and scratch cards.

A Gtech spokes person said "with the acquisitions of Boss Media, Finsoft, St Minver and Dynamite Idea, we have further enhanced our core capabilities in this high-growth area through the integration of new products, services and content. We are fully prepared to assist our customers as regulations allow and opportunities present themselves in digital gaming."
