Bingo player's voice
I won't go into details about the incident as yet as the bingo player involved wants to try and sort the issue directly with the site involved as she is a fan of the online bingo site.
The whole incident made me question the serious lack of a bingo player's voice in the bingo industry. As bingo players if we have a problem with an online bingo site the first port of call is usually the chat hosts; if they can't assist us then we contact support. This could be via email, telephone or live help but what happens if the query or issue is not rectified to our satisfaction? How do we get the bingo players voice heard?
There are many online bingo forums available online today some of which actively offer a voice for the bingo player by way of them being able to air their grievances by posting on the forum in question but how many bingo forums actually fight the bingo players corner or become the bingo players voice?
What we as bingo players need is a place to go that offers us a platform to voice our opinions and have people on hand to fight our corner and become our voice. When you have exhausted all over avenues with an online bingo site then where do you turn?
I'm not suggesting that this platform be used to slate an online bingo site simply because you never win when you play there or because you don't like a chat host who works at the site; to me there is a simple solution to that issue - don't play at that site! In the case I spoke about at the beginning of this article if the bingo player in question doesn't have the situation resolved to her satisfaction where does she go then?
