Bingo Hero promotion

It does wind me up a little thought to see a site offer a promotion to potentially win 10 bonus bucks but to be in with a chance you have to have deposited £25 cold hard cash.

How can Bingo Hero really think this is the type of promotion that is going to get online bingo players flocking to their bingo site? How about offering their players the chance to at least win back their initial £25 outlay?

So here is the promotion as it is laid out at Bingo Hero

• Get a raffle ticket for every £25 you deposit
• 10 players will receive £10 bbs each.

There is no more information than that listed at Bingo Hero so I can only draw my own conclusions. Let's do the maths - 10 players at least deposit £25 that's £250 CASH at Bingo Hero - 10 players are drawn from the raffle and given £10 bonus money - that's £100 in non withdrawable funds. Doesn't really seem like a great offer to me.

The question then is when you have deposited £25 at Bingo Hero does your raffle ticket get continually entered into the draw or is it simply for that one day that you hit the £25 deposit requirement?

All this information should be readily available on the page where the bingo promotion is advertised, it shouldn't be the responsibility of the bingo player to question the validity of a bingo promotion at ANY online bingo site. All the terms and conditions of the promotion should be available to view yet Bingo Hero simply states at the bottom of the page for this promotion

To me that's glaringly obvious after all you need to DEPOSIT £25 in order to get a raffle ticket! Would it be unprofessional of me to refer Bingo Hero and their promotions team as a bunch of Muppets?
