Sky Bingo launches interactive TV Bingo
More and more we are seeing bingo on our TV screens whether it is an advert for an online bingo site, the Bingo Night Live offering from ITV or "press the red button" bingo on Sky TV with the likes of Bingo Joy. Sky Broadcasting has now announced the launch of their new fully interactive game on Sky TV. Sky Bingo will be available to play on your TV as well as at their online bingo site.
The game on TV means that you don't have to miss your favourite soap opera or serial, a film or just the news to play bingo, you simply hit the red button and you will be able to play bingo whilst watching your favourite show or catching up on the lastest news bulletin.
Edward Moss, Sky's Marketing Director said "The popularity of bingo in the UK is continually growing and we are excited to bring bingo to the TV audiences. Monday's and Thursday's will see free bingo available with Sky Bingo, a revolutionary and innovative way to play bingo".
According to reports when Sky Bingo launches there will be ways to customise your game play similar to that on many online bingo sites including the ability to minimize your screen, one screen will show your tickets and the numbers called whilst the other will just show the user each tickets remaining numbers.
Sky Bingo will host 90 ball bingo that offers the end user three chances to win, one line, two lines and a full house. It is reported that there will be £10,000 jackpot games available as well.
