Carlton Bingo Clubs sell for £1.35m!

Two Carlton Bingo Clubs have netted the Carlton bingo hall operators a tidy sum of £1.3m in their sales.

One of the clubs, Tivoli Bingo Hall at Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, sold to the Destiny Church for £900,000 whilst the other in Station Road, Grangemouth sold to Cabri for £450,000.

Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the Carlton Clubs and their surveyor, Simon Bashford said "The Edinburgh deal reflects the fact that modern day automated bingo now require more contemporary premises"
