Biggest Bingo Win at Club 3000
Back in January this year the boss wrote about the biggest win at land bingo being claimed by a lady at a Castle Bingo hall in Wales - well this win has been topped by one lucky lady in Coatbridge.
The South Lanarkshire lady, mother of four, Soraya Lowell scooped a massive £1,167,795 on the National Game and its Platinum Jackpot.
The 38 year old is planning on sharing her winnings with her bingo partner, her 68 year old neighbour Agnes O'Neill who had this to say "I have had a rough time the last three years - I have been very ill and Soraya has cared for me which meant my husband did not have to retire early.
"She has been wonderful to me.
"What she has done for me is absolutely something else."
The bingo hall only opened 16 months ago and Mrs Lowell has been a member since it first opened its doors, regularly attending sessions with her bingo companion and this was her first ever win - what a way to pop your winning cherry!
