An OAP from Great Harwood, Dorothy Fisk, won £500 thanks to Lookers Vauxhall in Blackburn.

The 75-year-old, who collected her cheque from Lancashire Telegraph's Sharon Crymble and Lookers sales manger Ken Palmer said she planned to spend some of it on treating her family and friends to dinner.

Miss Fisk, an office worker at GEC in Clayton-le-Moors for 28 years before retiring, said: " I can't quite believe it. I have been getting the Telegraph for years, I usually play the bingo but I've never won before."
