A Christmas break in the Caribbean is now on the cards for mikerees after he toppled the giant on November 27. He only registered to play bingo on November 24 and three days later he landed a massive £48,749.51 - with only 60p staked on Yahoo Bingo.

Mikerees, who is still in shock over his massive win, said:  

"I couldn't believe it! I had taken a bank loan out on Friday to help pay for Christmas. I am now going to go and pay it back. My wife has decided that she now wants to spend Christmas in the Caribbean, so instead of Christmas looking cold and bleak, we will be eating turkey on a nice beach somewhere hot. I am going to enjoy having some money in the bank that I can actually call mine."

£20k Golden Ticket Winner  
 

A break from studying to play yahoobingo proved to be a life-changing moment for mother-of-three jaxiem.  

Jaxiem, who is studying towards a degree, was lucky enough to win a Golden Ticket qualifier during September and had her Golden strip of six pre registered for the Grand Final on Friday 28th September at 9pm. She signed up to play bingo in her spare time to give her a break from studying. She then went on to become one of Yahoo's largest ever Golden Ticket winners scooping the £20,000 full house.    

An ecstatic Jaxiem wrote in and told Yahoo Bingo:  

'I could not believe that I had won the Golden Ticket bingo," said Jackie, who has also been working hard in a 24-hour famous retail store. "I have not won anything like this before.
